Anti Fraud & Circumventing Fees.

Verbalplanet's policies and rules are designed to create a safe, fair and enjoyable environment for all members.

As a tutor it is important that you comply with our terms of use and do not engage in or promote any activity with the intention of arranging lessons with a student outside of the Verbalplanet site. Activity of this nature is specifically prohibited under our terms of service and undermines the trust, security and legitimacy of the Verbalplanet.com marketplace.

All lessons must be scheduled using the Verbalplanet system by a student selecting an available lesson time from your work planner and completing the booking process.

As a tutor you are responsible for understanding the correct booking procedure and ensuring that this is followed by your students. Anti Fraud measures which indicate that a tutor is in breach of our terms of service, or using their account in a manner which is against the spirit of Verbalplanet.com, will result in that tutor being subject to a range of actions including:

Account Cancellation.

Account Suspension.

Examples of activity specifically not permitted:

Communication via email, Skype or other means with the intention to schedule and arrange a lesson with a student in a way which is intended to circumvent our fee structure.

Placing contact information (including URLs and images) on your profile which directly or indirectly promote a service outside of the Verbalplanet web site.
