Following each lesson, students leave a rating and feedback for their tutor. They do this by answering two simple questions as follows:-
- Would you rate your lesson as Positive or Negative?
- What mark out of 10 would you give for your lesson?
We compile the answers to these questions for every lesson a tutor has carried out and present the results as follows:-
- A % figure, being the % of students that left Positive +VE feedback for the tutor.
- A star rating. Simply put, the higher the average mark out of 10 a tutor has; the more gold stars they get.
