Hello! I am a native Brazilian with a bachelor's degree from Beloit College, WI, in Russian language and literature.

Because of more than 12 years of learning English and my experience at an American college, I have native-level fluency in English, which is sufficient to satisfy university-level purposes.

Besides being a native speaker of Portuguese, I speak Russian and Spanish at an advanced level as well as French at an intermediate level. I love learning languages and teaching them as well!

I am an experienced language teacher.

At Beloit's Modern Languages department, for two and a half years, I taught courses on Brazilian Portuguese and culture to university students who were preparing to study at Brazilian universities.

I also have Cambridge University's CELTA certificate for teaching English.

I firmly believe that language learning should be fun and natural; this way, my approach to language teaching is highly communicative, reflecting in the classroom how we express in everyday life.
