I am a native Nepali speaker living in Italy after the earthquake. I have a bachelor degree in business and training in IT here in Rome. As you may know Nepali is the official language of the country Nepal and it is also spoken in some parts of India, Burma and Myanmar. Nepali is a charming language that can let you explore a new culture. I would be pleased to share my knowledge with you!
The Nepali language evolved from Sanskrit and it is difficult to exactly date the history of Nepali literature since most early scholars wrote in Sanskrit. Learning Nepali is slightly difficult as the letters of the language are very different from the English ones. Well, if you do-not want to proceed with the writing it would still be fine.
Nepali is all about grammar and it takes a lot of effort to make the words sound completely as spoken, but don t worry because I can let you make as many mistakes as needed for you to say words exactly the way they are spoken. The tutoring will mostly be based in English translating the exact way Nepali letters are pronounced, but the Sanskrit letters will still be explained to you, if you like.
Of course, we will also practice conversation, which will allow you to interact with people when visiting Nepal because this is still an amazing place to visit despite the damages from the earthquake.

-Teaching Nepali to teenagers and adults
As Nepali has different alphabets than of English i can let the learner choose to either learn the alphabets or to learn Nepali without making any efforts to learn the alphabets.
The learner can choose the way to be taught as he/she prefers.
Mistakes are welcome as much as the learner makes them.
The lesson was very helpful as an introduction. A good primer for learning Nepali.
