I would like to start by saying that for me being a teacher and in this case a trainer is not a job, it is a career.
I very enthusiastically think of it as a journey, because as a teacher or trainer you constantly learn and teach. You never stop. I am in love with this journey and I have dedicated my life to it, not because I am striving in secret to become famous, but because I adore teaching and everything that has to do with it. My students and colleagues can testify for my attitude.
For the past years I gathered practical experience through working as a trainer, professor and facilitator in organising seminars and conferences, theoretical skills through research, dissemination skills through presenting my research in international conferences and journals and even proposing policies, including youth policies, as a response to my research. My doctoral thesis was focused upon inter-generational relationships within the Family in the context of global ageing and the impact of European Union policies. I was particularly interested in youth and the relationships between generations. nevertheless, I also interacted with stakeholders that have a high degree of impact upon the entire community. Likewise, I would like to mention the fact that I am a proficient user of the English language and that I have been teaching others this subject for the past 7 years. As far as my formal education is concerned I would like to mention the fact that I have graduated the doctoral school of the University The National School of Political Studies and Public Administration Bucharest in partnership with Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

I think that every teacher develops a teaching style. This teaching style is a way of communicating with your students, ensuring consistency in instruction and creating a safe, stimulating environment suitable for children and young people.
As a facilitator I understand that success needs to be planned in advanced. Being a researcher I am used to organise events and seminars. My experience allows me to describe techniques that get the participants to interact right away, while keeping focus and avoiding side issues. I actively strive to enhance my skills and knowledge through professional development programs. I have been an active member of the academic and social communities in my country and currently I am working with academic institutions, private companies and non-profit organisations.
I am happy to say that my peers and students consider me as a motivational person, able to instil confidence and strong connections in the people around me. Promoting an interactive and creative environment within my seminars is more than just a part of my job, but it offers me great satisfaction. All my life I have been driven by results and passion and I am eager to find a new challenge. I am eager to show you how I can focus on how people participate in the seminar, not just on what it gets achieved. I believe that my seminar is a true process, not only a way of conveying information.
As a facilitator I believe my main task will be to draw out opinions and ideas, just as I do in seminars and during the scientific events I host. Following the agenda and building on it will be my pleasure, because I have quite of an experience in the field of organisation.
