About me - English
Hi everyone, my name is Valentina and I'm a native Italian speaker. I've a Master degree in modern languages and I'm a qualified teacher. I live in the North of Italy, in a small village, among mountains, surrounded by greenery and nature. I like to spend my free time outdoors, riding a bike or climbing. Since I was a student, I have been interested in foreign languages. With Verbal Planet I actually have the chance to improve my knowledge of English, French and German and I'd want to learn Spanish.
Therefore I can understand the challenges and the difficulties associated with learning a new language,as a result I hope to meet your expectations with my attention to the lessons.
I have two passions: languages and food! Naturally I love Italian cuisine, but I also like to try recipes from all around the world. My passions are bound together by my strong attraction to foreign cultures and Italian traditions. Working together, with my recipes, I can help you become an Italian cultural master-chef !

Teaching Approach
I work with passion, patience and determination! I've been teaching Italian for more than ten years and I've taught foreign students of all ages and levels. My teaching method comprises a range of complete lesson plans of all language levels (in order to develop fluency skills) and activities (designed to provide my students with essential vocabulary and listening practice, to help them communicate in Italian language) with particular focus on grammar and cultural traditions.
My lessons will be funny and creative, but extremely instructive with many references to Italian culture and customs. I'll help you with written exercises, to teach you Italian grammar and speaking exercises, in order to get better acquainted with Italian vocabulary and to improve it. The exercises will speed up and simplify your learning process, so that you could speak Italian as soon as possible. I have the purpose of achieving your aim in an easy and enjoyable way. I can focus my lessons on your specific needs and requirements.
