Born of English parents in Argentina, I have spoken both English and Spanish since childhood. I lived in beautiful sunny Italy for almost four decades and I speak, teach and translate Italian as well as my two mother tongues. My teaching experience includes primary, middle and high school students (preparing them for the PET and FCE Cambridge examinations), multinational companies like Heiniken, Unilever and Dolma/Mars, banks and private students. Conversation from the start, even with Beginners, is fundamental to create a practical focus and make the student feel he is getting somewhere. Drills and exercises regarding the topics treated help the student retain the points covered and practice for the next lesson.

Nacida en la Argentina de padres anglo-argentinos, hablo sea el español que el inglés desde que nací. Mi técnica es dinámica sin descuidar los aspectos gramaticales del idioma, fundamentales cuanto la práctica. La conversación, aun con alumnos principiantes, es no solo posible sino deseable pues da al alumno la certeza de poder aplicar sus conocimientos, aunque pocos, de manera inmediata. Si bien es cierto que aprender un idioma extranjero generalmente resulta más fácil a los jóvenes, creo que se puede lograr a cualquier edad si se le dedica tiempo y pasión.

CONDICIONES: 1) las lecciones se pagan con Paypal al momento de reservar, 2) en caso de cancelación por parte del alumno, las lecciones pagadas NO SERÁN REEMBOLSADAS pero sí pueden ser re-programadas, 3) si el alumno cancela la lección con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, NO SERÁ POSIBLE CAMBIAR EL HORARIO, 4) NO USO EL VIDEO, que considero innecesario y fuente de distracción, NO USO ZOOM por esta razón y utilizo SKYPE.

Il mio approccio all'insegnamento è dinamico senza tralasciare gli aspetti grammaticali della lingua che s'insegna. La conversazione è parte della lezione anche con i principianti, poichè l'aspetto pratico da all'allievo la certezza di stare facendo qualcosa di utile. Esercizi scritti e orali aiutano a ritenere i concetti imparati. Credo che si possa imparare una lingua straniera a qualsiasi età purché le si dedichi tempo e... passione!
