Lehransatz
I believe that teaching and learning are two faces of the same coin; I learn from my students while teaching them. A good instructor has to be a good learner. After teaching thousands of students in more than twenty-five years, I have come to adopt the view that the teacher is a facilitator and that a course taught should accommodate the intellectual needs of the students. I am profoundly grateful for every opportunity to help learners shape their own intellectual makeup. It is my utmost delight to see them grow professionally and personally.
I work hard to kindle a spark of intellectual curiosity to stimulate my students' interest and to genuinely involve them in the process of learning.
In my teaching I am keen to be patient and to employ a diversity of materials, techniques, and input.
