Hi! I am Zaira and I am 38 years old. I am a bilingual English teacher, I also speak Greek. I am currently living and working in Athens, Greece. Teaching English has always been my passion as I enjoy talking in English, teaching people English, see them progress, reach their goals and become fluent speakers.

I understand the difficulties and challenges someone can face when learning a foreign language because I also faced them while I was learning Italian.

I hold a TEFL certificate and I also have a Master's degree in Translation from Salford University, Manchester, UK, while my Bachelor is in Medieval Studies and Modern Greek. I have an extensive experience in teaching English as I have been teaching both adults and children since 2004. I run my own Language School in Athens which offers both group courses and private lessons in English to people of all ages. I have also worked as a Business English teacher for companies in Greece and I have also offered Professional English courses and Academic English preparation. I also specialize in IELTS preparation. I teach people of all levels.

I strongly believe in the interaction between student and teacher, setting goals together and working towards achieving them is my main focus. All classes are tailored made to best fit your needs. You will be continuously encouraged and motivated to apply English in real life situations as it is the only and fastest way to become a fluent speaker.
