Certificaciones y experiencia
I hold a Phd and a Masters in Language Didactics, I am currently a Lecturer at Dalarna University, Sweden, and I have more than 5,000 teaching hours , and 10 years, of experience, at all of the levels of CEFR (from A1 to C2).
I am an examiner for International Certifications and exams of the Italian language and I have been author and creator of International Certifications exams.
I am specialized in teaching with Educational Technologies (I am a research too) and I am also a content creator and learning manager of several university online courses. If you are interested in my books and publications, you can follow me on my website.
Método de enseñanza
I am very passionate about language learning and teaching and my teaching style is based on the Communicative Approach, though I don’t dislike using mixed tools and strategies coming from different methods of teaching.
I truly believe the key element to learn effectively a language is to communicate as much as possible in the target language, in spontaneous speech at all levels of knowledge - even the beginning ones!
Therefore, grammar will be an important part of lessons, as well as lexicon and vocabulary, communicative strategies and idioms, as well as pronunciation. Furthermore, in our lessons we will read and comprehend a lot of written (and even oral) texts, because learning a language means to be proficient in the four abilities of listening, reading, writing and speaking.
My goal as a language teacher is to create a positive and supportive, but also challenging environment to develop the potential of every individual learner.
