I'm Stanislava from Moscow, I'm a Russian native teacher, I currently live and teach in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I'd like to have students from all over the world, that's why I'm here. I have a solid international background and I've been teaching overall for more than 7 years in 3 countries. I started teaching back in 2010 during my exchange year in France, and I got so involved in this process, that it made me reconsider my career path and keep on teaching until now. Since then, I have always been working in the area of international education, English and Russian languages teaching.

I'm proficient in English, fluent in Spanish and French and also I know some Portuguese. In 2014, I moved to Argentina, where I currently live and work as a Russian teacher at a university language center and private classes (online and offline).

2014 - present Russian teacher at Centro Universitario de Idiomas, Buenos Aires, Argentina

2010 - present - private teaching of Russian as a foreign language. Among my students there have been professionals who go to Russia for business, sports journalists who'd go to FIFA 2018, university students with orientation in Slavic languages and Russian literature, university professors, general public with interest in Russian history, literature or travelling to Russian-speaking countries.

2014-2017 - teaching Business English in companies in Buenos Aires (LVMH Group, Greenpeace Argentina, Banco Comafi, VMBC Labs, Garbarino). Regular Business English classes (A1-C1), preparation for International exams (PET, FCE, CAE)

2011-2014 - American Councils for International Education, FLEX program assistant, participant recruiter. I worked for the Moscow regional office for Central and Southern Russia,Urals and Siberia, I traveled to recruit participants, implement massive tests in English and interviewing, essay evaluation of applicants from Central and Southern Europe,the US, Russia and CIS, Senegal (online and offline applications), notification meetings, departure logistics and on-program support.

I teach using the communicative method by immersion and exposure to authentic audiovisual materials. This means, my students start speaking Russian from scratch and gradually begin to orientate in the language and learn that it's not that difficult, but can be enjoyable and fun. The core of my classes is my student's needs and personal interests, so we work as a team to build up their progress and fluency as well as to boost their confidence using the Russian language. Working closely with educational systems in Europe, North and South America gave me a wide perspective and an in-depth knowledge of particularities and learner profiles of different cultures, which is essential for language learning.

During your free trial class we will talk about your needs and expectations, I'll recommend you a plan to study, in case you have learned Russian before, I'll evaluate your level and we will use this time if you have some questions or concerns. I'm not going to fill you with unnecessary details of Russian grammar or 19 century literary language unless it's of interest to you, I'm not going to teach you Russian of clichés and stereotypes, but rather a modern language of a country with fantastic cultural diversity and astonishing facts. First of all, you need to relax and let go the anxiety that Russian is one of the most difficult languages on Earth. People speak it, so why can't you?

Soy Stanislava, una profesora nativa de Rusia, actualmente resido en Buenos Aires, Argentina, y me gustaría tener alumnos de todos lados del mundo, por eso estoy acá. Tengo mucha experiencia internacional, enseñando en total por hace más de 7 años en 3 países. Empecé a enseñar en 2010 mientras estudiaba en Francia, me enganché tanto con la enseñanza que eso determinó mi carrera. Mi metodo de enseñanza es comunicativo, realizado a traves de inmersión y exposicion a material audiovisual y autentico. Por eso, mis alumnos empezan a hablar ruso de cero y aprender que el idioma ruso no es tan dificil, sino lógico y puede ser divertido. Lo essencial de mis clases son los objetivos e intereses de cada alumno, trabajamos como un equipo paulatinamente logrando progreso, fluidez y confianza.

Tengo bastante experiencia trabajando con sistemas educativas de Europa, Norte- y Sudamerica, así que tengo conocimiento de particularidades de cada cultura y sus maneras de enseñanza. Durante la clase gratis de prueba vamos a hablar sobre sus necesidades y expectativas, recomendar un plan de estudios y, en caso si Ud. ha aprendido ruso antes, le puedo nivelar. Tambien aprovechamos este tiempo para contestar a sus preguntas o dudas.

No voy a enseñarle los detalles imprácticas de la gramática rusa o lengua literaria obsoleta en caso si no es de su interés. Tampoco voy a enseñarle el idioma ruso de clichés y estereotipos, sino el idioma del país con diversidad cultural impresionante y hechos asombrosos y poco conocidos. Primero, hay que estar relajado y bajar la ansiedad por el ruso como el idioma mas dificil del mundo. La gente lo habla, entonces por qué Ud. no puede?
