My name is Constance. I have a bachelor’s honours degree in banking and I have been working in the bank for 5 years, this has helped me interact with different people from all over the world. I am a fun, exciting and energetic person. My hobbies are swimming, dancing, cooking and travelling. I have a passion for travelling and I love to explore the world and see nice places around the world. I'm always smiling and many people call me "smiley " because I'm always happy. i love teaching and i love imparting knowledge as i also learn from others.

I am a TESOL certified and IELTS certified online ESL tutor with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach English. I have been teaching online for more than 3 years now. I have been teaching from young children to adults online. I have a passion for teaching. I have a bachelor’s honours degree in banking and I have been working in the bank for 5 years, this has helped me interact with different people from all over the world. I’ve taught English to Asian students for ages. It gives me the joy to see my students progress in speaking English fluently, so this makes me more passionate about teaching.

My teaching method is the communicative approach, this way I can encourage students to be engaged in normal conversation and be able to and communicate with others. My teaching skills are I use TPR (Total Physical Response) to help them to understand what I am saying. I make my lessons to be fun and exciting by using props and flashcards.

The recipe for effective teaching is to always listen to the students and understand what the student wants. I also use positive praises in my classes letting the student know that they are doing a great job and this motivates them and increase their self- they become more confident. I believe that English is best learned through interactive conversation. So, with my 70/30 conversation strategy, I expect and allow my students to express themselves more than I do. But I guarantee to help you patiently and carefully in the best way I can.
