Welcome and thank you for viewing my profile. I'm Ivy. I was born in mainland China and my mother tongue is Chinese. I currently live in South Korea to study for my master's degree in linguistics. I got the first level certificate of Mandarin(announcer level), so I speak standard Mandarin with no accent. I would love to help you make your accent and intonation better. I adore traveling, great food and fantastic music. I love teaching Chinese and I am extremely interested in languages, communication, and different cultures.

Language cannot be obtained at once. It may take times but I can help you improve your Chinese skills. Study with me, you will feel that learning Chinese is very attractive and fun. I give my students many tips to improve their skills and I'm quite patient when correcting your errors.

- Practice your spoken Chinese and use the skills you learned.

- Learn grammar through conversation and examples.

**The lesson can be canceled 24hours before starting the lesson otherwise you still have to pay for the lesson. I would wait for you up to 15 minutes if you are late.

I have the first level certificate in Mandarin and also have 4 years experience in teaching Chinese both in one and classes. I have experience teaching Chinese from beginners to advanced from different countries.

I also have experience in LEARNING a foreign language, so I understand the needs and challenges of foreign language students.

Before the lesson, I would send you the level test and survey so that I can know about you and your need. This helps me prepare step-by-step lessons tailored to your needs.

Lessons are based on your Chinese level. Here are some options and you can choose one, two or more.

1. HSK course

2. Business Chinese

3. Survival Chinese(Travel or live in China)

4. Written Chinese and corrections.

5. Communicate in Chinese. Chose one or two topics you love. (If you have the article or books you want to talk about, please don't forget to send me.)

**사정이 생길경우 수업 24시간 전에 고지해 주시면 고맙겠습니다. 고지하지 않을 경우 수업료를 지불하셔야 합니다. 수업에 늦을 경우 최대 15분까지 기다리겠습니다.

저는 중국어 표준어1급 증명서(아나운서 레벨)을 취득했구요, 그래서 가장 표준적인 중국어를 구사할 수 있습니다. 그리고 4년의 일대일 혹은 그룹티칭 경험이 있습니다. 초급부터 고급까지 다양한 나이의 다양한 국적의 학생들을 가르쳤습니다. 하지만인테넷 수업은 처음 시도합니다.

외국어를 배운 경험이 있기에 학생들의 어려움과 수요를 잘 알고 있습니다.

수업전에 설문조사와 레벨테스트에 응해주시기 바랍니다. 그래야 제가 여러분들과 여러분의 수요를 어느정도 알수 있으나까요. 이를 근거로 여러분의 레벨과 수요에 맞게 수업을 준비하겠습니다.
