Hi there students! My name is Sierra, and I would love to be your teacher!

I'm from the United States, where I currently live with my family.

I'm very passionate about helping others to learn and practice English and be able to accomplish their goals in life. I will be very patient and understanding with students as I understand how difficult learning a new language can be. I currently am furthering my Spanish studies and also beginning to learn Romanian, making it quite easy for me to be sympathetic with other language learners!

-I recently completed a 120 hour TEFL course which qualifies me to teach English to foreigners.

-I spent several months in Spain and am familiar with some of the difficulties that Spanish speaking students may have while learning English. I have many contacts in Spain and have assisted some people there with their English studies. I am fairly fluent in Spanish which may be of assistance in some cases.

-I am very energetic and passionate about teaching.

-I have excellent organization skills and am completely comfortable creating basic lesson plans to follow through out my classes.

-I use correct English grammar and am usually quite adequate with explaining language ideas and rules in an easy-to-understand way.

-I have lots of patience.

I would of course like to start by getting an idea of my students' English level and from there I will be happy to design lesson plans following the PPP method (Present new material, Practice, and Produce) to suit the English learning needs or even just chat and practice if what my students need is to familiarize themselves with conversational English and become more comfortable/confident in that area.

My lessons will be fairly casual and I just want to ensure that my students as comfortable with their new language as possible.
