Hi there! My name is María, I'm a native Spanish-Castilian speaker and I've been a conversational teacher for two years. I live in Seville, a beautiful city in the south of Spain. The sun almost always shines here, and it's really hot in summer!

I don't just teach Spanish online, I'm a graphic designer and a content creator as well. And I love teaching and learning, traveling, blues music, sports and photography (among others). I really enjoy meeting new people from all over the world, exchanging experiences and discovering other cultures.

I'm a patient and positive person, so don't be afraid of speaking and don't be unconfident, because you're here to practice and practice and to speak more naturally and fluently. I know how difficult it is to speak other languages (I'm a student too), so don't worry and just speak and enjoy it! I'll correct you and help you to work in those points which you think are more difficult. You'll become more and more confident every day and end up speaking like a native.

- I speak English as a second language and I have a FCE certificate (by Cambridge), although now I have a higher level.

- I worked as a Spanish transcriber and as a English-Spanish translator for different projects.

- I am a higher sound technician and a graphic designer, and I have been working as a professional in these fields for more than 10 years.

Hola, mi nombre es María, soy española nativa (hablo español-castellano) y he sido profesora conversacional online durante dos años. Vivo en Sevilla, una ciudad preciosa al sur de España. Aquí casi siempre luce el sol. ¡Y hace un calor horrible en verano!

Además de trabajar como profesora/tutora de español, soy diseñadora gráfica y redactora de contenidos online. Me encanta enseñar y aprender, viajar, el deporte, el blues y la fotografía (entre otras cosas). Disfruto mucho conociendo a gente de todo el mundo, intercambiando experiencias y descubriendo otras culturas.

Sé lo difícil que es aprender un nuevo idioma (yo también soy estudiante de otras lenguas), así que no te preocupes y tan sólo habla y disfruta. Soy una persona muy paciente y positiva, y te ayudaré a trabajar en aquellas partes que te cuesten un poco más. Ya verás cómo cada día te sientes más seguro y acabas hablando como un nativo :)
