Mr. Panell provided me with a very good study plan with many book suggestions to fill up my summertime. It was a great session and I would definitely plan another lesson with him.

I had a class with him yesterday, it was so useful to me and I learned how to start studying for the IELTS exam. I can surely recommend him to everyone who looks forward to a great, native and friendly teacher.
He is one of the best teachers I've ever had.
I have over 20 years of lower-secondary and post-secondary teaching experience, having taught English (including grammar and composition) and humanities in Asia and both North and South America to native English speakers and to English as an Acquired Language students from as young as preschool age to adults. I have designed curriculum, reviewed and edited text books, and published writings in education and other journals. I have traveled extensively and I enjoy reading as well as programming computer games and apps.

Lehransatz
I believe that students learn English best when they are able to use the language to pursue topics of their own choosing, and that participation in conversation is a key to not only speaking English well but also to writing well. My approach to teaching has always been to connect the interests of the students to the topic being taught. Ultimately, students learn best when they have control over the content of the lessons while the teacher helps to guide the student towards more productive learning experiences.
