I am a visionary who believes that changing the world for the better is possible. I enjoy travel, food, culture, nature and meeting new people. I am a Native English Speaker from Chicago, IL USA. I've lived abroad for the past three years and have traveled to about 21 countries and have lived in two.
I am passionate about unleashing my full potential, yet at the same time, I respect the journey and process of growing and evolving. Many people say that my smile brightens up a room and that my personality is nurturing and positive. I try to maintain a sense of authenticity when I meet people, being fully me and giving them permission to also be themselves unapologetically.

I'm an ambitious developing ESL teacher who is passionate about my learners' success. I have a Cambridge English level 5 CELTA, an IH Certificate for Teaching Young Learners and Teenagers, and a Masters of TESOL from King's College London.
I currently live in Vietnam and in addition to teaching English to young learners ( 3-year olds-17-year-olds), I manage a team of 11 ESL teachers. I enjoy working with my staff and students to help them become the best version of themselves. I provide monthly training in several areas of professional development for my teaching staff as well as other teachers in our network (Over 500 teachers). I also tutor adults online in Conversational English, Developing presentation skills and improving pronunciation.
I have two years of experience post qualifications. Prior to my ESL qualifications, I did a lot of volunteer work for teaching English through Conversations through a European Program English Immersion Program.
My goal is to further develop my ESL portfolio.
My teaching approach is very student-centered. Through conversation, I'm able to assess a learner's abilities and limitations and from that assessment, I plan a lesson.
