Good Day! My name is Lianne Rhule and I am an English Teacher. I have been teaching English for one year as a high school teacher in Japan under the JET Programme. I love teaching because I love to help people and I also love to share things about my culture and the world to students. My hobbies include listening to and playing music, doing martial arts, photography and travelling.

Of course, as you can see being able to speak many languages comes in handy when it comes to travelling. I would love for you to be able to learn and speak with me and travel the world also!

I have a Bachelors Degree in History with a minor in Spanish and have been teaching professionally as an English Teacher for 1 year.

I understand the difficulties that come with learning a language, being someone who speaks and learns many languages and as such it is easier for me to guide learners on what they can do to improve their English speaking, listening and reading skills.

I love to start with the basics and incorporate lessons on topics that students love talking about. I believe very much in application and the use of language in a realistic situation rather than just writing and listening. For me the use of a language is to communicate, and as such, if you cannot communicate in English properly, then what is the use of learning it? I also believe that it is very important to break down words phonetically and to give spelling tests often. This is because for speakers who are accustomed to languages outside English, or to languages that are not related to English in any way spelling can be difficult.

I love to start with basics like sentence creation, vocabulary and grammar and then proceed onto story telling and real world conversations.

Hola! Mi nombre es Lianne, y soy una profesora de espaol. Hace muchos anos que comenzaba espanol, desde cuando tenia 5 anos. Estudiaba Espanol en mi pais Jamaica del edad de 5 hasta 23 en colegio. Siempre, me ha encantado espanol y tambien frances. Pienso que probablamente, me gusta los lenguas de amor. Ellos son tan bonitas y mas expresivos de ingles y aleman.

Por nada, espero que disfrutes Espanol tanto como yo y que podemos tener una clase muy interesante y energetico.

Tengo una licenciatura en Artes ( en Historia en Espanol) y yo he ensenado por un ano en Japon como una profesora de ingles. Me gustaria mejorar mis habilidades en ensenar Espanol por clases con tu!

Primero, prefiero ensenar la pronunciacion de letras en espanol por que es diferente de muchos lenguas incluyendo ingles. Entonces, enseno diferentes palabras simples como gato, perro, hola. La manera para presentarte, como Hola! Mi nombre es Lianne! Soy de Jamaica. Despues de los basicos es importante que doy los verbos mas importantes y vocabulario como las cosas en la clase, en la casa, colores, numeros, nombres de personas importantes, deportes y cuando tiene un vocabulario tan grande podemos seguir a cosas mas complicados como frases y parrafos.

Claro, depende en tu nivel y que quieres de sus lecciones en espanol.
