Hello everyone! My name is Alsou, I am a native Russian speaker, and a certified Russian teacher. In 2015 I graduated from Moscow state University with a degree in "Methods of teaching Russian as a Foreign Language" and since than I have been teaching Russian as a freelance private teacher, combining it with my part time job in the tourist industry.

I have been passionate about languages since my childhood. I have studied 4 foreign languages and fully understand what difficulties a student can face in this challenging yet interesting journey. My second passion is travelling and discovering new cultures and people and I would be glad to share different topics during our classes. I would be more than happy to help you acquire the necessary skills in Russian and bring you closer to your goals!

My main focus in teaching is to adapt lessons to students' needs and make it most productive. I encourage my students to talk as much as possible, politely correcting and explaining their mistakes. I also prefer to write down corrected phrases and new words so that you can get back to them any time. I integrate additional materials and conversations on different topics, in order to make the lessons most interesting and fun.
