Ellen Bartumioli : Swedish

I am a bilingual (Italian/Swedish) and passionate language teacher and interpreter, born and raised in Florence, Italy. I also lived in Sweden for a period and I have always had a great passion for languages. This is the reason why I decided to study as many as possible, and to make them the subject of my profession.

I have a Master Degree in European and American Languages and Literatures and a Master Degree in Conference Interpretation. I also obtained the CEDILS certification with distinction to teach Italian as L2/LS. I have been teaching English and Swedish both in public and private language schools in Italy for years now, and I enjoy teaching both to teenagers and adults.

My teaching approach is interactive and dynamic, I lead my students to the discovery of the structures and the rules of a language, always paying attention to the needs of the individual. I work on all of the four main abilities of the CEFR, proposing different activities to keep the student's attention and also to motivate the learners to engage in the beautiful world of foreign languages.
