My name is Zhanna. I am Russian, and I have graduated from the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University (Russia). Now I am living in Scotland. I am a creative and patient teacher, a hard-working, ambitious, conscientious and optimistic person.
I have been a Teacher of Russian Language of the Baltic International Academy in Riga for many years, I have taught Russian as a foreign language Russian language for foreign students including ERASMUS exchange program; levels of language mastering from A (beginner) to level C (advanced): General Russian, Russian language for social work, Business Russian, Russian language in the tourism and hospitality industry. I have experience in preparing students for ECL examination in the Russian language.
I am upgrading my teaching qualifications on an ongoing basis at various institutions, including Pushkin State Russian Language Institute (Moscow), as attested by relevant certificates.
I prefer the communicative approach to teaching owing to the rapid achievement of the expected result. I have developed an accepted and tested communicative course, involving role-plays, films, phonetic songs, i.e., all methods that promote quick communication and learning of the Russian Language.
