My name is Jessica Westergren Saadé and I’m an experienced teacher by profession. I was born in Sweden and speak fluent Swedish and English. I can also speak intermediate German.
I moved to Scotland in 2004.
My Swedisk accent is very similar to a Stockholm accent (standard Swedish).
I have an M.Sc teaching degree from Linkoping University in Sweden, where I also taught languages and arts in schools for 4 years before moving to and working in the UK.
From 2004, for a further 3 years, I worked in Scottish Schools teaching English at various levels. I am a committed educator who keeps my students successful learning as the highest priority in any teaching programme I run.
I believe that every student has a different learning style, as well as specific goals, and as such I will tailor my lesson to suit where required. If you are looking for a structured education plan with lessons to take you from early first steps through to various levels of proficiency, or simply practice your conversational skills then I would be glad to help. We can focus the lessons on general phrases and pronunciation to learn basic conversation skills, writing, grammar or anything else you as a student want to learn.
To introduce my teaching approach to the student, I offer my first lesson free of charge.
