I am a native English speaker from the United States. I currently live in Albania, where I've moved to do volunteer work. I have lived abroad for 10 years now. I have also lived in Hungary and Slovenia. I love learning about other cultures! And, have truly enjoyed living abroad! It has truly enriched my life and helped to satisfy my wanderlust!

I have been teaching English for about 9 years now both online and offline. I enjoy helping people learn English! It's nice to see students improve and feel more comfortable speaking.

Back in the United States, I worked designing language lessons for online learning for a small American Indian Tribe in eastern Washington State, which was truly special. I was able to be creative but, it also gave me a head start in the teaching and learning process.

My focus is teaching English Conversation Lessons.

My teaching approach is flexible. I feel it should match with the student's own needs and wishes.

I am also very patient as I feel the learning process should be natural, not simply based on learning rules.

I think it is important for the student to learn to speak and feel comfortable doing so. So, I feel it is most important to plan lessons around what the student wants to learn. In this way, I think learning becomes more enjoyable and is motivating.
