About me - English
I'm Amparo, a Spanish online teacher. I was born in Valencia, a nice and sunny town in the east coast of Spain where a neutral Spanish is spoken.
I’m passionate about learning languages: I have learnt French, English and Portuguese. I received a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Valencia, (Spain) but I have been working in many different countries.
In 2008 I went to England in order to learn English and work. Afterwards, I participated in a European working program that took me to Portugal. I also have been living in France for the last five years. I’m always curious about discovering other cultures so I started to give Spanish private lessons when I was living abroad and I loved it.

I'm a very curious person so apart from loving teaching Spanish I'm interested in many activities: travelling, crochet handicraft, sports (hiking, yoga, pilates) , personal development and photography.
Qualifications & Experience
I have 2 years experience teaching Spanish. Beginners and intermediate levels.
I am Cervantes Institute certified Spanish teacher but I’m always looking forward to learning new methods to teach Spanish as a foreign language in an easy and fun way.
Teaching Approach
My style of teaching is interactive and dynamic creating simple and specific classes where you can learn and practise Spanish for real life
How do you prefer learning? I can adapt the classes depending on your preferences and goals.
At the end of every lesson I send to you the learning materials and the document with lesson notes, homework and suggestions for video material. This way you can practice between lessons, which is very important.
The lessons:
1. Personalized spanish lessons: Spanish for real life and Spanish to travel, (A1/A2/B1/B2)
Describe your city or your house, order a meal in a restaurant, the shopping, talking by phone..make a booking in a hotel.. etc.
2. Conversation lessons (B1 / B2/C1): We will Practise the conversation with articles of text selected to practise the vocabulary and to make yourself to feel confident at the moment of speaking. Also I will help you to improve the pronunciation and the fluency.
I create folders on Google Drive for my students, and I post the material there so students can always use it and even print it.
