I am a very sociable and funny person...

I love football and going to the gym. My favourite football team is Salernitana. As maybe all Italians, I love pizza and pasta. I have played the bass for 11 years now and I am member of a music band. I love travelling and getting to know other cultures... and this way have always different experiences. I have been to many countries so far: England, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic and France. I loved all of them! I love teaching because when I teach I share with my students what I love and I know. That makes me feel very proud of myself and my country.

I came to teach quite by chance. I bumped into a job advert and send through my cv. Unexpectedly, they gave me an interview, which went well so I flew to UK to teach Italian. That was incredible. Since then, I have been specialising in teaching. I have a university degree in science communication, specialises in journalism and I am at the second year of a second degree in languages and foreigh cultures, specialises in English and Spanish.I have got the CEDILS certification which is a certification of competence in teaching Italian as a foreign language or second language. I have also got C1/2 level proficiency certificates in English, Spanish and Japanese (CAE, DELE C2, JLPT2).

As to my main work experience, I worked in an English boarding school from 2014 to 2017 for 3 years teaching Spanish and Italian to students from several countries.The lessons were group and one-to-one sessions, 9 Italian lessons per week. The level of Italian taught was beginner, intermediate and advanced.

I have worked for 3 years now on different websites as Italian tutor and have gathered more than 2000 hours of lessons

I like to teach in a communicative way. That means that the student will immerse himself in a situation, which will be different for each didactic unit and will interact and work on all the aspects of the language, that is: the grammar, the lexicon, the listening, the pronunciation and the culture.

I will provide you grammar and student book before the lesson and give to you exercises at the end of it so as to allow you to revise and acquire what you learnt.

My lessons will adjust to your needs and desires. You just need to tell me what you need or wish to do and I will shapre the lesson in a way that will allow you to reach your goals.
