About me - English
Hello everyone! I'm Katia and I'm an Italian teacher for foreigners. I have chosen the path of online teaching because I find it to be stimulating and fun, both for teacher and for students, who learn naturally without having to spend hours on books.
Qualifications & Experience
I have a degree in Linguistic Mediation and a Masters in Teaching Italian for Foreigners L2. For some years I have been teaching Italian L2 online: I started immediately after university, giving lessons of Italian, English and German, then I specialized in teaching Italian L2 online. I work on designing video-courses for e-learning platforms and at the same time doing lessons via Skype.
Teaching Approach
Creating ad hoc content for each student is something that I really like because it gives me the opportunity to grow day by day. One of the foundations of the glottodidactics is the principle that every student is different. This is the reason why a fixed model is not necessary, but I like to design my tailor-made courses after meeting my students. I use a communicative approach, because I always try to create an exchange between teacher and student.

Da qualche anno mi occupo dell'insegnamento dell'italiano L2 online: ho cominciato subito dopo l'università dando ripetizioni di italiano, inglese e tedesco, poi mi sono specializzata nella didattica dell'italiano L2 online. Mi occupo di progettare video-corsi per piattaforme e-learning e al contempo do lezioni via Skype.
Teaching Approach
Creare contenuti ad hoc per ogni studente è una cosa che mi diverte tantissimo e mi dà la possibilità di crescere giorno dopo giorno. Una delle basi su cui si fonda la glottodidattica è il principio che ogni apprendente è diverso. Per questo non seguo uno schema fisso, ma mi piace progettare i miei corsi su misura, dopo aver conosciuto i miei studenti.Utilizzo maggiormente un approccio comunicativo, perché cerco sempre di creare uno scambio e un'interazione tra insegnante e studente.
