I am Australian and have been working as a full-time teacher in Milan, Italy for the past 6 years. It's been fantastic, I love my job and helping learners from various places and of different professions. I enjoy discussing all types of topics from daily life, to philosophy, science, music and sport! I bring the skills I have developed through these experiences, knowledge and perspective from my university studies, as well as my extensive work in the customer service industry, to help you improve your English. I am passionate about teaching and I look forward to helping you improve your English in an efficient, enjoyable and creative way.

In 2012 I graduated with a double degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland in Australia. During my studies, I completed a short international exchange program at Bocconi University in Italy. It was during this time that my passion for teaching grew and I decided to obtain a CELTA qualification from the British Council, to begin my career in this field.

I have had 6 years of experience teaching people from all walks of life such as doctors, lawyers, sport, fashion & film industry professionals, musicians, artists, office workers and university/high school students. We have focused on grammar, pronunciation, conversation and interview skills development, as well as preparation for the IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, BEC, FCE, KET & PET exams.

My lessons are focused on reading and conversation about simple and complex topics, whichever you are passionate about! I also make sure my students have a proper understanding of grammar concepts.

I have been teaching learners with levels A1 - C2 focusing on fluency in speaking for presentations, phone calls and meetings, as well as improving writing skills for emails and documents. I have also edited and proofread business and legal documents and websites.

Negli ultimi 6 anni, lavorando come insegnante a tempo pieno, mi sono sempre più affezionato ad aiutare gli studenti provenienti da vari background e professioni educative. Io porto le competenze che ho sviluppato attraverso queste esperienze, conoscenze e prospettive dai miei studi universitari, nonché il mio ampio lavoro nel settore dell'assistenza clienti dall'età di 14 anni, per aiutarti a migliorare il tuo inglese. Sono appassionato di insegnamento e non vedo l’ora di incontrarti e aiutarti a migliorare!

Concentro le mie lezioni sulla pratica della conversazione e sul miglioramento della conoscenza del concetto di grammatica. Possiamo discutere tutti i tipi di argomenti, dalla vita quotidiana alla filosofia, musica, sport e scienza!
