Hello everyone! My name is Iro and I am a professional Greek tutor. I am 34 years old. I come from Xanthi, a small town in Greece and at the moment I live in Rhodes, a beautiful island! I teach the Greek language to foreigners who want to learn Greek culture. I can speak fluent English. I am offering a free initial trial lesson for new students!

I hold a BA degree in Greek and ancient language from the University of Ioannina in Greece and two Master degrees. My first master is in Special Education and teaching from St. Kliment Ohdriski University of Sofia and my second master is in Teaching Greek as a foreign language from University of Nicosia in Cyprus.

I have been teaching modern and ancient Greek to Greek students, students with other languages and students with SEN in private and public schools in Greece, in private lessons and via Skype, since 2008.

I focus on the needs of each student and I use innovative methods. My lessons are based on the communication approach. I am a friendly, communicative and patient tutor with a great love of teaching.
