Hello my name is Hernando Zamora, I'm Colombian but currently living in Spain. I teach Spanish, English, French and Italian for adults and kids. I speak fluent Spanish, English, French and Italian. I'm willing to give a 50% discount off my standard lesson price for new students. I have more than fifteen years of experience in teaching languages. I also play the guitar. I have toured in many countries playing music at festivals and venues in the USA, Europe, South America, Africa and the Caribbean which has helped me absorb a lot of ear and language skills. I'm a proud father of two beautiful teenage twins and love theater as well as languages and music. For me music is a very powerful tool for learning other languages.

My lessons are dynamic, fun and effective. My methodology focuses on the personal needs and objectives of each student. That's why each student has a personal process according to what he or she is looking for in learning the Language (studies, travel, work, etc). Students acquire the confidence to start applying the language being learnt for their personal needs. I use Spanish from the beginning of the lesson even for beginners, which amazes the students of how much vocabulary they can learn from the first lesson. Patience is also something I have that any good teacher should have since it is one of the fundamentals of teaching anything. To give the students the confidence to make mistakes and correct them is also part of my methodology. My lessons are very much focused on the student's interests so to make the lesson more fun and motivating.

Music is also a very useful tool for me because most people like music and according to the type of music that the student likes, I design grammar exercises through lyrics and melodies which has resulted very effective in my experience. I plan each lesson in such a way that I manage what's going to come up next during the lesson so there is no awkward silences and the student sees that his lesson has been prepared including the homework that I always leave the student after every lesson.

Soy profesor de español, inglés, italiano y francés como segunda lengua para estudiantes interesados en aprender y/o mejorar su nivel en cada una de estas lenguas desde 2005. Soy de origen colombiano pero vivo en España. Me apasiona el tema de las lenguas y la música. He tenido educación musical y eso me ha permitido entender las lenguas de una forma distinta, aparte de haber conocido diferentes culturas gracias a las giras musicales que he hecho con diversos proyectos de varios países ya que la música es también un lenguaje considerado como el lenguaje universal. Mis clases son personalizadas y diseñadas de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada estudiante. Se dictan para nativos de habla en español, italiano y francés que estén interesados en aprender inglés .

Utilizo una metodología que extrae lo mejor de Los métodos Cambridge y Oxford (con los cuales he trabajado bastante) pero añadiéndole dinámica y ritmo a las lecciones que a su vez están enfocadas en la conversación sin dejar a un lado la gramática por medio de la música, la repetición y la recordación. Doy clases individuales y grupales en los niveles A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 y C2.

Mi enfoque es la conversación por medio de la cual también enseño la gramática y vocabulario. Utilizo los métodos de Cambridge y Oxford para el diseño de mis lecciones basadas en las necesidades de cada estudiante.

La música también la utilizo como canal para enseñar inglés por medio de coros repetitivos que fomentan la recordación de los sonidos en cuanto al estudio fonético de la lengua.

Preparación de exámenes es también un gran enfoque que tengo para los interesados.
