Job content :

1. To develop lesson plans according to the curriculum .

2. To improve students' results in various academic competitions( HSK & Chinese Bridge competitions ). Successfully assisted one student passed HSK3 and 2 students passed HSK2 in 6 months.

3. To assess and evaluate on students' current academic level and potential growth .

4.To take an active role in all kinds of activities such as teaching / researching/ training organized by schools and department.

The main performance of the class is "constructivist approach" ,the students are expected to construct knowledge and meaning out for what they taught by connecting them to prior experience.
