My teaching approach is flexible to suit the learner's needs:
I will find out what you want to achieve. At this stage I will get to know the level of English you have already reached, then I will prepare step-by step lessons tailored for your needs.
My approach is largely conversational, with you choosing the topics which will be helpful to you. I will correct your errors, so you become more accomplished with pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. In our first conversation we will decide which methods to use, such as role-plays, informal conversation, or a variety of other activities to help you.
I welcome conversational beginners right up to proficient speakers. It may be you want to speak better English with friends. Or, you may be a business manager who wants to able to give good English presentations to employees. Whatever your goals I will show you how to achieve them.
Trissa is always excellent as a teacher. She can transform every conversation in a valuable source of improvement.
Lessons with Trissa are like a linguistic amusement park. I love her ability to indulge my tendency to jump from one subject to another but cleverly introducing elements useful for learning and deepening. Versatility is just another of her strengths
Analysing difficult videos and comparing them with the transcription provided by Trissa after the lesson is an excellent exercise to improve the comprehension of spoken language.
