About me - English
I’m a native English speaker, living in the Midwest USA with plans to travel abroad this upcoming year.
I’m a professional and supportive teacher, easy-going, friendly and patient, with a passion for helping students advance in their English.
I have good general knowledge in Business and Marketing, as well as Resume Writing and Entrepreneurialism.
My favorite pastimes are being outdoors and in nature. I also enjoy good cuisine, traveling, intellectual conversations and surrounding myself around positive influences.
I enjoy meeting people from other countries and learning about different cultures while sharing insight into my own.

Qualifications & Experience
I have been working as an Online English Tutor for over a year and professionally work as an English Resume Writer. In addition to tutoring, I am currently earning my 160 HR TEFL certification in ESL.
I have taught students around the world, whether it be in General Conversation or something more specific such as Business English.
I have worked with adult businessmen/women as well as students interested in improving their general level of English whether for travel, pleasure or work.
Teaching Approach
My tutoring style is relaxed and informal and can include learning on any topic you choose. I can help with: Conversation, Business English, Pronunciation (Speaking), Definition of Words, and overall Vocabulary Improvement.
I give lessons to adults and teenagers one-to-one, via webcam to learners from intermediate to advanced levels. My approach is focused on the requests of learners, although my style focuses on the Communicative (Interactive) methodology of learning.
I adapt my teaching style to suit students’ needs and conduct a Needs Analysis on the initial lesson to get a better understanding on what your objectives are, so I can plan our lessons around that accordingly.
I’m very supportive at listening to the needs of my students and addressing any difficulties that they are having.
My hope is that our lessons will be enjoyable, fun and something to look forward to. 😊
