Hello, my name is Natalie and I'm a native English Language teacher from the south of England.

I've been a professional English Language teacher for 5 years now and have worked in Italy, Portugal and the U.K., teaching English to all ages.

I am a creative and enthusiastic person, and enjoy the arts, travelling, cooking, and exercising in my free time. I love meeting new people and learning about their interests and experiences, so teaching is the perfect career for me!

I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Cambridge English Teaching qualification (CELTA) which I completed in 2015.

I also have an English Teaching Online qualification which I completed earlier this year, and have experience teaching both group and 1-2-1 lessons online.

Through the years, I have mostly taught exam preparation courses for Cambridge English tests, from levels A2 to C1.

These include: KET (A2 Pre-Intermediate), PET (B1 Intermediate), FCE (B2 Upper Intermediate) and CAE (C1 Advanced).

I have also taught 2 years of IELTS preparation for international study.

If you're interested in General English, for work or travel for example, I can also help you with Speaking, Listening, Grammar or Vocabulary or any other particular aspect you would like to focus on in order to improve your overall level.

I prefer the communicative approach, which means you can learn by doing. There is a lot of speaking and discussion in the lessons, and many interactive activities which we complete together.

I enjoy teaching functional skills and language which will help you with everyday interactions in English. These are authentic and often the most useful and interesting parts for students. They can help you take part in social situations and also to learn about British culture, for example.

The lessons are always adapted for you and chosen to fit as best as possible with your interests. We can use texts, audio, games, discussions and exercises to help you develop your skills.
