About me - English
Hello,
My name is Marco, I am 28 years old native speaker and live in Berlin, Germany. I have a passion for languages and have been teaching English for over 4 years. I teach privately in the wonderful city of Berlin and thoroughly enjoy helping others improve their English language skills. My interests are learning new languages, drawing and painting, playing the guitar, European history, politics and football.
Qualifications & Experience
I did my CELTA English course in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2013. I gained experience teaching around South America in Bolivia and Argentina before coming home to London to teach in a language school. I've taught Exam English (FCE,CAE, IELTS), Business English and General English to all ages and levels. I am now living and teaching in Berlin.

Teaching Approach
I have a real passion for the English language. My approach is student-centred and based around what your expectations and goals are. What you want to learn and improve is important to me.
Before we start, we will set clear language goals for our lessons. My lessons are communicative, challenging and fun. We can cover grammar exercises, learn new vocabulary, or even set up role play scenarios (Telephone conversation, booking a hotel, job interviews). We can watch TED talks, TV interviews, film clips and listen to songs. I have a lot of material we can explore! At the end of our lesson, I'll give you feedback on what went well and what we can improve on with a step by step plan.
So let's get started on our English language adventure!
