About me - English
I am a trilingual language teacher with long-standing experience in teaching Finnish, English and Italian online to adult learners and professionals from different cultural backgrounds. My teaching focuses on clear communication, practical language use and learner confidence.
I work mainly online, delivering tailor-made lessons for individual students, small groups and corporate clients. My background includes Business English, exam preparation (Cambridge), CLIL, and language training for employability and professional development. I also have extensive experience teaching learners who live and work abroad and need language skills for real-life situations.
My academic background is in Political Science, and I hold several professional qualifications in language teaching, including TEFL, Business English, CLIL and intercultural communication. Alongside teaching, I work as a translator and cross-cultural consultant, which allows me to integrate linguistic accuracy with cultural awareness in my lessons.
