About me - English
I’m a 34-year-old teacher based in Turin, Italy. I hold a degree in Languages (English and Japanese) and a Master’s in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language.
After several years of experience in language teaching, I decided in 2023 to dedicate more time to another passion of mine: craftsmanship. I now work as an artisan, producing furniture and stage sets, but I’m excited about the idea of teaching again and bringing together both of my passions.
Qualifications & Experience
I earned a Master’s degree in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language from the University of Perugia in 2020. From 2021 to 2024, I gained around three years of experience teaching Italian online, working with learners at different levels, from complete beginners to advanced students.
Teaching Approach
My teaching approach is flexible and student-centered: I adapt each lesson to the learner’s needs, goals, and pace. I work with students at all levels, from beginners to advanced. I provide a variety of materials, including my own resources such as books, academic content, and videos, which I share during the course. Homework is assigned according to each student’s time and availability.
