Hi! How are you? My name's Mariela and I'm from Argentina but at the moment I'm living in Spain. I'm a certified English-Spanish teacher, translator and interpreter with 15 years of teaching experience.

I’m passionate about languages, cultures, traveling and meeting new people, so I can keep on learning and expanding my mind. It’s always a rewarding experience meeting new students and learning about their customs. Online teaching is my way of both working and travelling virtually all around the world.

I'm a certified English-Spanish teacher, translator and interpreter with 15 years of teaching experience, although with online teaching I started a year ago. I have experience working with children, teenagers and adults from beginner up to advanced levels. I specialize in grammatical and technical lessons as well as conversational ones. I tend to follow a rather communicative teaching approach, motivating students to interact in real situations.

My classes are flexible, dynamic and very complete. We’ll speak English from day one and you’ll practice a lot. I also provide feedback and teach vocabulary and grammar.

I teach kids from 6 years old. I do after school English tutoring for teenagers and college students and I teach adults who want to learn or improve their English. Each student is unique, therefore, each class is unique. I plan my classes based on your interests and needs.

There’s nothing like the feeling of a good class, a class that was enjoyed by the teacher and the students, so I always try to create a bond so that classes are more customized, it also helps to develop confidence and promotes the use of English in the class. It doesn’t matter the topic or the focus of the lesson, humor, laughter and little jokes are a must in all classes to break the ice and to make the class more pleasant.

No hay nada como la sensación de una buena clase, una clase que disfrutaron el profesor y los alumnos, por lo que siempre trato de crear un vínculo entre los alumnos para que las clases sean más personalizadas. También ayuda a desarrollar la confianza y promueve el uso del español en la clase. No importa el tema o el enfoque de la lección, el humor, la risa y las pequeñas bromas son imprescindibles en todas las clases para romper el hielo y hacer que la clase sea más agradable.
