Detailed Profile in English

About me

Konnichiwa, ogenki desuka?

I was born and raised in Japan. I now live in the Netherlands.

I was the company owner of a language school in Shinjuku, Tokyo for 8 years. We were specialized in teaching Japanese from beginner to business levels for European and Asian expats living in the Tokyo area. I also taught Japanese as a head teacher in addition to training other Japanese teachers.I have total of 15 years teaching experiences in language industries. I also have work experiences in hotel / travel, media / TV, and business consulting industries.

It is always interesting for me to teach people with different work experiences and back grounds : ) Because I believe that teaching language always opens my new world!

Don’t worry, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese. Everyone has to start from somewhere… In fact, I am learning Dutch now!

Let’s enjoy learning Japanese language and culture with me!

I enjoyed our trial session! I want to say that I appreciate you sending kanji/furigana of words I may not recognize. It's useful to see on my screen as we speak, and it also allows me to go back after the lesson to review the new vocab.
