About me - English

I'm a professional Spanish teacher from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've always been passionate about languages and started studying English very young, doing my first immersion learning trip at the age of 19 when I went to Scotland to study English intensively in a University course.

I have lived abroad many years in several countries of Europe including Italy, where I could study and perfect my Italian. I have been teaching Tango and Argentine culture for the past 15 years and decided to commit with the Spanish teaching career In 2014 when I got my ELE certification from International House Buenos Aires. I'm also currently studying a Bachelor degree in Literature at the University of Buenos Aires, to enrich and profound my knowledge of my beautiful native language.

I am still teaching Tango dance and I love practicing Yoga! I also love cooking, reading and music. i hope to have you as my student!

Hasta pronto!

Qualifications & Experience

ELE certificate from International House Buenos Aires.

Currently studying Literature bachelor degree in University of Buenos Aires (UBA)

I started teaching Spanish language in the year 2012 when I opened my studio in Buenos Aires, offering Tango and Spanish language classes regularly (groups and private). Since 2014 (when I got my ELE certificate) I've been teaching formal Spanish curses in levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and also started to teach via Skype.

Teaching Approach

My teaching approach is using the Communicative method I have leaned in International House institute. For me, the most important thing when learning a language is being able to communicate! by introducing new vocabulary we approach the different communicative needs (ask for directions, talk about ourself, talk about daily routines etc.) and from there we introduce the needed grammar to fulfil that purpose. So, in every class we will have new vocabulary, new communicative needs and new grammar.
