Hello! My name´s is Giorgio and I come from Switzerland. I´m a native German speaker as I grew up in the German speaking part of Switzerland. My mother is Swiss and my father Italian. I worked for a long time in the tourism industry, which gave me the opportunity to work and live also in the UK, in Austria and in the Dolomites. Currently I´m living in the northeastern part of Italy. I started to teach German five years ago, and now I work along with the most important Language schools from my area: Wall Street-Institute, British-Institute. I give private lessons and teach in businesses. Since last year, I also started to give lessons online, with students from all around the world. I´ve got a Bachelor Degree in Language on my background and I have obtained the diploma DAF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) from the Goethe-Institut, which gaves the ability to teach German as a foreign Language. I also worked as translator from Italian to German. Apart of German, I also speak Italian, English and some Spanish. I had the opportunity to live in different ountries and therefore learn and speak different languages. I try to transmit my experience in learning a new language to my students. Anyway, I adapt my approach to the student´s targets. It´s important to study in a consciously and organized way. A lot of work can done by himself. During the lesson I try to let the student speak as much as possible. Together we can choose an argument from his interest. I always give something to read or to watch as homework before the next lesson, in which the student can talk me about.

Hallo! Ich heiße Giorgio und komme aus der Schweiz. Ich bin in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz geboren und aufgewachsen und deshalb ein deutscher Muttersprachler. Meine Mutter ist Schweizerin, mein Vater Italiener. Weil ich für lang Zeit in der Tourismusbranche gearbeitet habe, hatte ich auch die Möglichkeit in anderen Ländern zu leben und arbeiten. Unter anderem in Großbritannien, in Österreich und im Südtirol. Zurzeit lebe ich in Italien, wo ich als Deutschlehrer tätig bin. Ich habe vor fünf Jahren angefangen als Deutschlehrer zu arbeiten, und unterrichte jetzt selbständig in Privatschulen, in Unternehmen und gebe Online-Lektionen. Ich habe einen Universitätsabschluss in Fremdsprachen und das DAF-Diploma (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) vom Goethe-Institut, was ermöglicht Deutsch als Fremdsprache zu unterrichten. Außerdem habe ich auch als Übersetzer gearbeitet. Ich spreche, außer Deutsch, auch Italienisch, Englisch und ein bisschen Spanisch. Ich habe die Möglichkeit gehabt in vielen Ländern zu leben und deswegen auch viele Sprachen zu lernen. Ich versuche meine Erfahrung, beim Erlernen einer Fremdsprache, meinen Lernern zu übermitteln. Jedenfalls passe ich mich den Zielen und Bedürfnissen meiner Lernern an. Es ist wichtig, dass man organisiert und bewusst lernt. Viel Arbeit kann auch alleine erledigt werden. Während der Lektion versuche ich, so viel wie möglich, meine Lerner ausdrücken zu lassen.

Ho avuto la possibilita´di vivere e lavorare in paesi diversi, e di conseguenza imparare lingue diverse. Cerco di trasmettere la mia esperienza nello studio di una lingua allo studente. Cio´nonostante sono flessibile e mi adatto alle esigenze ed obiettivi dell´alunno. Fondamentale rimane sempre la motivazione. Molto lavoro puo´venire svolto anche individualmente. Durante la lezione cerco di fare parlare ed esprimere lo studente il piu´possibile.

Tuve oportunidad de vivir y trabajar en otros países y intento de transmitir mi experiencia en aprender un otro idioma a mis alumnos. Es importante ser cosciente de propios progresos y de los que hay de mejorar. También soy flexible y me adapto al los objetivos y necesidades de los alumnos.
