Hello!
My name is Tanya and I want to help improve your English language communication and fluency.

My lessons are best suited for those at intermediate level and above.
On a more personal level, I am an avid traveler who loves being young at heart, laughter, pandas, cinema, and cooking.
Qualifications & Experience
I am a native speaker from the United States (California and New York), with TEFL certification and a university degree.
I currently reside in Berlin and also teach private students offline, as well as do in-company trainings with local businesses.
Previously, I studied and worked in art, film, photography, and the corporate media world. I have much experience using different types of Business English in my past professional life - over 10 years as a project manager in the entertainment industry in a creative marketing team. I have also worked in tech startups and customer service.

I specialize in communication through working with you on practical, immediately usable language skills to improve your fluency and diplomatic tone, and love to teach idioms and informal speech as a way to help you reach near-native levels.
Business English - The different ways to be polite and professional in English to different types of people/industries at work can be a challenge. I can help! I will work with you on practical, immediately usable language skills to improve your fluency and diplomatic tone.
No matter the type of English, my focus is on fluency and speaking. I want to make it fun, no boring grammar drills, grammar can be incorporated as needed but speaking practice and repeating are key.
