Hello! My name is Nina and I am from Austria. In 2014 I finished my Bachelor of Education and after I taught four years in a school. My lessons usually focused on German as a foreign language. In 2017 I worked for one year in Colegio Aleman in Mexico City. There I also taught German as a foreign language and I organized the exam for the Language Certificate A2. I have really enjoyed working as a foreign language teacher. Since May 2018 I have been studying "Teaching German as a foreign language for adults at the Goethe Institution". Personally, I love to travel, to get to know new countries and to get in touch with new cultures. Another hobby is sport. I like to be out in nature and in winter I like to snowboard. Now I am doing Yoga regularly.

I organize my lessons individually and adapt them to the needs of my learners. First we will discuss which goals you have. After that I will create a learning plan, which is based on your goals and your expectations. During the German lessons we will work with an online platform. You will get an access (username and password) where you will find all the materials that we will use for your personalized program. In addition, we will work with books like "Grammar Active".

I use a variety of teaching approaches, so that it never gets boring. It is important to cover the whole range of competences in class and to motivate the student to take part actively. If you like, I can give you homework and a great variety of materials for practicing at home.

If your schedule does not match with my timetable, you can send me a message with your preferred time. I am flexible.

Hallo! Mein Name ist Nina und ich komme aus Österreich. 2014 habe ich meinen Bachelor of Education abgeschlossen und danach habe ich vier Jahre in einer Schule unterrichtet. In meinem Unterricht habe ich mich speziell auf Deutsch als Fremdsprache und Deutsch als Zweitsprache spezialisiert.

2017 habe ich für ein Jahr im Colegio Aleman in Mexiko Stadt gearbeitet. Dort habe ich auch Deutsch als Fremdsprache unterrichtet und die Prüfung für das Deutschzertifikat A2 organisiert.

Meine Arbeit als Fremdsprachenlehrerin hat mir immer großen Spaß gemacht. Daher studiere ich seit Mai 2018 am Goethe-Institut „DAF unterrichten, 28 ECTS - Deutsch für Erwachsene“.

Ich persönlich liebe es zu reisen, neue Länder und Kulturen kennenzulernen.

Ein weiteres Hobby von mir ist Sport. Ich bin gern in der Natur und im Winter fahre ich Snowboard. Seit einem Jahr mache ich täglich Yoga.

Ich gestalte meine Stunden sehr individuell und orientiere mich an den Bedürfnissen meiner Lernenden. Zuerst besprechen wir, was deine Ziele sind. Danach werde ich einen Lernplan erstellen, der sich an deinen Zielen und deinen Erwartungen richtet.

In meinen Deutschstunden werde ich mit einem Online Programm arbeiten. Du bekommst deinen eigenen Zugang zur Plattform. Alle Materialien die wir gemeinsam in der Stunde bearbeiten, stehen dir dann auch Zuhause zur Verfügung.

Zusätzlich werde ich auch mit Büchern arbeiten wie „Grammatik aktiv“. Ich gestalte meinen Unterricht abwechslungsreich und aktiv. Es soll nie langweilig werden. Wichtig ist es mir möglichst alle Kompetenzen im Unterricht zu fördern und die Sprache effektiv anzuwenden und viel zu kommunizieren.

Gerne gebe ich Hausaufgaben auf und stelle Übungsmaterial zur Verfügung wenn das gewünscht ist.
