Hi, I'm Gemma. I'm a qualified teacher from the UK, currently living in Germany. I have worked in schools mostly and more recently in a German kindergarten. I am now teaching English to a variety of students from children who are beginners to adults specialising in business English.

Outside of teaching I like to walk, run and travel. I enjoy reading and get through many books on my kindle! I am currently learning German myself.

I have a BA(Ed) in Education from The University of Reading with Qualified Teacher Status.

9 years teaching in a school in the UK.

4 months in a German kindergarten as a language specialist.

I like to make my lessons fun so I use a variety of methods, depending on the client and their needs. I use online resources as well as homemade ones. I like to engage my students in conversation in order to help them develop conversational skills quickly.
