About me - English
My name is Tatiana Mosquera, I'm 39 and I'm from Bogotá - Colombia. I am a certificated Spanish teacher. I am a person committed to education and the contributions that this society brings. I like meeting new people and finding out about other cultures and languages. I am an entrepreneur, flexible, with excellent communication skills, responsible, organized, punctual, with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
I have been a language teacher for over 15 years. I have graduated from the Free University of Colombia with Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and Languages with an emphasis on primary school, which allowed me to work as an English teacher in primary schools for 4 years in Bogotá. Later, I traveled to Buenos Aires - Argentina where I got certified in Teaching Spanish for Foreigners (ELE), which I finished in December 2013. I have been an ELE teacher in various language institutes in Buenos Aires and in Bogotá - Colombia in person for private groups and classes.
Teaching Approach
I use several teaching methods to develop and plan my classes, but the center of everything is the Flipped Learning Méthod.
Mi nombre es Tatiana Mosquera, tengo 39 y soy de Bogotá - Colombia. Soy docente de idiomas y guía de turismo. Soy una persona comprometida con la educación y con los aportes que ésta trae a la sociedad. Soy emprendedora, flexible, con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, responsable, organizada, puntual, con actitud positiva, aunque algo impaciente.
Qualifications & Experience
He sido docente de idiomas hace más de 15 años. Me gradué de la Universidad Libre de Colombia en Licenciatura en Humanidades e Idiomas con énfasis en básica primaria, lo que me permitió desempeñarme como docente de inglés para básica primaria por 4 años en Bogotá. Posteriormente, viajé a Buenos Aires - Argentina en donde me certifiqué en Enseñanza de Español para Extranjeros (ELE), la cual finalicé en diciembre de 2013, y en lo que me he venido desempeñando desde entonces. He sido docente de ELE en diversos institutos de idiomas en Buenos Aires y en Bogotá - Colombia de forma presencial para grupos y clases privadas. Actualmente, tengo mi propio emprendimiento que se llama SPANISH LESSONS BOGOTA, para dictar clases online.
Teaching Approach
Si bien uso varios métodos de enseñanza para desarrollar y planificar mis clases, la columna vertebral es la Clase invertida o Flipped Learning.
