My background is in Aviation and Management and have a variety of interests , including current affairs and travelling. I have travelled extensively and have four languages, namely, English, Hungarian, Spanish and limited Mandarin.

I have a passion for the English language which can be both a great fun to learn and also a great communication skill when exploring the world. I have lived and worked on three continents enjoying the languages and cultures which should ensure that we never run out of topics for our conversations.

I have been teaching English as a second language for approximately 3 years to both Spanish and Hungarian students on a one-on-one basis. For approximately one year I have taught on - line to Hungarian, Spanish and Chinese students. In addition to the two additional languages, I also speak a very basic Mandarin ( CEFR A1 LEVEL). My teaching experience has been around those who wish to learn English or improve the level of their English in an easy, friendly conversational manner. In addition to this, I have assisted students to prepare for English exams and business-English required in the boardroom. My preference is teaching English on-line in a conversational manner.

My teaching approach is an easy, friendly conversational manner. A more rule based approach is used for those preparing for exams and or interviews/meetings. I have found the teaching of young adults to be particularly rewarding when using a less structured manner, particularly if their use of English is minimal. In regard to High School students and/or University students, I have found them to be very much more 'goal' orientated. I do use a white board for occasional clarification but apart from this, it is conversational based.
