Hello, My name is Pedro and I’m 27 years old. I’m Portuguese currently living in Porto. I have a bachelor degree in Tourism and a master's in Translation and Language Services. In addition to my education, I have also acquired extensive experience over the last 4 years on online platforms as a Portuguese and English teacher.

Since my childhood I have had a great passion for learning foreign languages and I have had the opportunity to travel around the world to many different countries. I studied in London when I was eighteen years old in order to improve my English. I also studied in Milan on an exchange program called Erasmus. I speak four languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish and French) and I love to communicate and teach people from all parts of the world.

I love traveling, reading and meeting different people from all over the world and am also an entrepreneur and investor.

In addition, I am a certified tutor and have been a personal language teacher/tutor over the last several years. This has enabled me to develop the skills necessary for teaching one-on-one. I also taught Portuguese in an English school in London for 3 months.

Although a significant part of my experience is with individuals(in particular adults) I have also had many opportunities to teach couples, classes, teenagers and children. I am very flexible and can work in every type of situation. In the last 4 years I taught more than 2000 lessons to 500 students from all over the world.

The main focus of my approach is to ensure my students can acquire the language fluently and with confidence. Although grammar is important, my main goal is to guide the student in a manner that they become conversational.

In addition, I also recognize that every individual has their own unique needs and therefore I am prepared to adjust my teaching methods to adhere to this.
