About me - English
TEFL qualified and have over 5 years of experience teaching English. I am very used to speaking with people whose first language is not English. I have been doing this for a long time and love seeing other people become more confident speaking another language. I am understanding of others situations and do my best to adjust to their needs. I am a university student currently working towards earning my BSc in Computer Science. If you are interested in programming or need help with a University paper, I can help! I work from a home-based office which means I have a large selection of hours available throughout the week.

I tutored subjects like English, History, and Religion studies to underclassman during high school to help prepare them for exams. After graduating I joined a community center where I tutored homeschool students. After 2020 I tutored English online.
I also worked in a clothing store where my responsibilities were to restock and interact with customers. Many customers spoke English as a second language. Here I developed the skills to communicate with others who have a lower proficiency in English.
Teaching Approach
I believe in the 'teaching as a facilitator' style of learning. I encourage students to learn by thinking critically, asking questions, and holding discussions. I don't want you to only learn how to communicate in English. I want you to have a deeper understanding of the language so that you can understand more complex sentences and grammar.
